Inclined slide release mechanism
当塑件上具有与开模方向不同的内外侧孔或侧凹等阻碍塑件直接脱模时﹐必须采用斜滑块脱模机构。即将成型侧孔或侧凹的零件做成活动的型芯。在塑件脱模时先将活动型芯抽出﹐再从模中顶出塑件﹐完成活动型芯抽出和复位的机构叫做抽芯机构。
When there are inner and outer side holes or side recesses on the plastic part which are different from the opening direction to prevent the plastic part from demoulding directly, the inclined slide demoulding mechanism must be used. That is to say, the parts with side holes or side recesses are made into movable cores. When the plastic part is demoulded, the movable core is pulled out first, and then the plastic part is ejected from the mold. The mechanism to complete the extraction and reset of the movable core is called core pulling mechanism.
斜滑块抽芯机构的三种基本形式﹕
There are three basic forms of inclined slide core pulling mechanism:
1. 抽芯方向与开模方向垂直

2. 抽芯方向与定模偏一定的角度
