| 模具润滑前应将所润滑的部位用洁净的棉纱擦干净，清除铁沫等杂质，然后用专用工具涂洁净的钠基润滑脂或顶杆润滑剂润滑，以免润滑部位有杂质充当研磨砂影响模具使用精度，润滑时应均匀涂一层薄油膜，特别是靠近成型部位的润滑点要用棉纱将润滑脂渗透后涂一层很薄的钠基润滑脂以免挤出污染塑件。 Before mold lubrication, clean the lubricated parts with clean cotton yarn, remove impurities such as iron foam, and then use special tools to apply clean sodium base grease or jacking rod lubricant for lubrication, so as to prevent impurities in the lubricated parts from acting as grinding sand and affecting the accuracy of mold use.
